As NYC’s Asylum Seeker Arrival Center Closes, What’s Next for Migrants in Shelter?

winding down its sprawling architecture of Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers HERRCs for immigrants representatives declared they will continue operating a limited number of non-DHS
